AI Planner Creator (the "Service") is a browser-based application developed and operated by Zanklea Digital (operated by Gianluca Vecchio, Italy) and accessible at aiplannercreator.zankleadigital.com. The Service enables users to configure parameters and generate AI-assisted prompts and images for printable planner design.
By purchasing access to or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Access to AI Planner Creator is granted upon completion of a one-time payment of €27 (or the equivalent displayed at checkout), processed via Systeme.io. Upon successful payment:
AI Planner Creator is a digital product that grants instant access upon purchase. In accordance with Article 59(a) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive) and Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that has been made available immediately upon the consumer's express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is thereby forfeited.
By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal. All sales are therefore final. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to the Service, please contact us at support@zankleadigital.com and we will work to resolve it promptly.
The image generation features of the Service require you to provide your own API key from Replicate and/or OpenAI. By using these features, you acknowledge that:
Upon purchase, Zanklea Digital grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide licence to use the Service and the images generated through it for both personal and commercial purposes, including but not limited to selling printable products on platforms such as Etsy and Gumroad.
You may not:
The Service, including its design, code, copy and branding, is the exclusive property of Zanklea Digital. Images generated through the Service are produced by third-party AI models (Replicate, OpenAI) subject to their respective usage policies. Zanklea Digital makes no warranty regarding the intellectual property status of AI-generated outputs and recommends users consult the terms of the relevant AI provider before commercial use.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Zanklea Digital does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that the AI-generated outputs will meet any specific quality standard or commercial expectation. Results depend on the AI models used and are inherently variable.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Italian and EU law, Zanklea Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data or business opportunity. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for access to the Service.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, including applicable EU regulations. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Italian courts.
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The date of the latest revision is shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
