2. What Data We Collect

We collect only the data strictly necessary to provide the Service and process your purchase:

Purchase data: name, email address and payment information collected by Systeme.io at checkout. We do not store or process card details directly — payments are handled by Systeme.io and its payment processors.
Usage data: browser type, IP address, pages visited and time spent, collected automatically via standard server logs or analytics tools.
API keys: any Replicate or OpenAI API key you enter in the application is stored exclusively in your own browser's localStorage and is never transmitted to or stored by Zanklea Digital's servers.

3. How We Use Your Data

To process and confirm your purchase and deliver access to the Service.
To send transactional emails (order confirmation, access link).
To improve the Service through aggregated, anonymised usage analytics.
To comply with legal obligations under applicable Italian and EU law.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal data on the following legal bases, as set out in the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — Regulation 2016/679):

Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): to fulfil your purchase and deliver the Service.

Systeme.io — checkout and email delivery platform.
Netlify — application hosting.
Cloudflare — proxy and network security.
Replicate / OpenAI — AI image generation, accessed directly by the user via their own API key. Zanklea Digital does not transmit user data to these services.

Under the GDPR and the Italian Privacy Code (Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018), you have the right to: access your personal data; request rectification or erasure; restrict or object to processing; request data portability; and lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali — www.garanteprivacy.it).
